Directions:  Apply to the scalp and hair roots. Shake directly or shake onto hand and apply with fingers or use makeup brush to apply small amount. Use fingers or brush to massage into the scalp.  Only use a small amount of product as a little goes a long way.  This shampoo can be applied before bed or in the morning.
