Organic Kohlrabi\n\nAlso known as a German turnip, this cruciferous vegetable that can be eaten raw, roasted, or steamed. The leaves are edible and can be prepared similar to other greens and kale. The bulb is tender and has a texture similar to a broccoli stem, but is more flavorful. Make sure to trim and peel the bulb prior to eating.\n\nStorage\n\nRemove leaves from the bulb and store in separate bags in the refrigerator. Kohlrabi can be stored a week in the fridge with the bulb sometimes lasting longer if separated from the leaves.\n\n
