Organic Rainbow Green Beans – 8oz
Just like green beans but in a variety of beautiful colors! Rainbow Beans are actually unripe, immature legumes. Their pods have very tender, thin skins with small seeds. Rainbow beans can be enjoyed raw, but are often enjoyed blanched, steamed, boiled. Also try them roasted, grilled, marinated, pickled, or even air fried!
Storage
Store unwashed in a plastic bag or an reusable container refrigerated. Refrigerated green beans can last up to a week. To freeze green beans wash first. Cut ends. Boil for 3 minutes and then plunge immediately into an ice bath for 3 minutes. Drain well and them put in freezer bag laying flat in the freeze to initially freeze evenly.
