Bonita’s are have a tanned skin, and a very sweet, white, slightly creamy like flesh and are part of the sweet potato family.
Storage
Sweet potatoes should be stored in a cool, dark, dry pantry. Do not store sweet potatoes refrigerated more than a few days and the prolonged cold can cause damage to the potato. Sweet Potatoes stored properly can stay good for months. If storing for longer periods of time make sure to check and remove any deteriorating potatoes as they can spoil the rest if left for too long.
