Dolci di Maria (dol-chee-dee- Maria) was founded in 2008 by Mary Tantillo in Asheville, NC, after creating delicious desserts for her children with allergies to gluten and dairy. Since then, she has made it her mission to provide decadent desserts for individuals with specific dietary needs and lifestyle choices that everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients: Cane sugar, brown rice flour, organic soy milk (water, soybeans), potato starch, *vegan butter substitute (palm fruit, canola and olive oils; salt, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, annatto), *canola oil, lemon juice, applesauce, tapioca starch, vanilla extract, baking powder, xanthan gum, sea salt, baking soda. Filling: Lemon puree, cane sugar, corn starch, lemon oil, xanthan gum, locust bean, organic fiber, natural lemon color, ascorbic acid, citric acid. Icing: *Powdered cane sugar (cane sugar, *corn starch), palm oil, salt, *pure vanilla flavor (water, organic compatible alcohol and natural flavors including vanilla bean extractives), citric acid. * Denotes Non-GMO ingredient.
